Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All items will be dispatched by UPS carrier or post, to be signed for on delivery.

All orders will be dispatched within the United Kingdom for £7.50 per order.

All orders will be dispatched to Southern Ireland for £12.50 per order.

Returns Policy

Any items not suitable can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund.

Items can only be returned in the condition in which they were recieved

No claims accepted for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods unless received within 28 days of delivery.

Unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item sent you will bear the full responsibility for all delivery and return costs.

Exchange Policy

SM BASS & CO  will exchange any items for an alternative size providing the goods are in their original packaging and otherwise fit to return to stock.

Cancellation Policy

Any order can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
